EILEEN KAPLAN, SRA
Eileen Kaplan received her SRA designation in 1993, and has been active in the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute as a past Director and experience reviewer at both the local and national level. Eileen holds an Illinois Real Estate Salesman License and an Illinois State Certified General Appraisal License.
Eileen has worked for PRS Consulting for 18 years and for the last 15 years has limited her practice to commercial appraisal with emphasis on Ad Valorem Tax appraisals. The majority of appraisal assignments include retail and industrial facilities, community and regional shopping centers, office complexes and multi-family housing developments.
