PATRICK J. McCAULEY
Mr. McCauley is an independent appraiser affiliated with PRS Consulting Ltd. in Chicago. He has approximately twenty years experience in real estate sales, management, consulting, and appraisal services.
He has been active in both local and national markets appraising a wide variety of property types including apartments, office buildings, industrial properties and commercial properties.
Additional real estate experience includes four years at Chicago Pacific Corporation, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. McCauley was responsible for the sale of surplus real estate of the bankrupt Rock Island Railroad. Other experience at Chicago Pacific Corporation included sales of easements to utility companies and the closing of real estate transactions.
Mr. McCauley received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, his MBA in Finance from Loyola University, and a paralegal certificate in Real Estate Law and Mortgages at Roosevelt University.
