PETER McINTOSH
Mr. McIntosh has been a commercial appraiser with PRS Consulting Ltd. since the late 1980s. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Economics. Pete has attended the core courses of the Appraisal Institute as well as courses and seminars from other organizations. Mr. McIntosh has appraised a variety of properties in approximately fifteen states. His specialities include retail properties, subdivisons, multi-family residentially and manufactured housing communities. He also has experience in a variety of Market Studies.
In addition to being a licensed real estate salesman, Mr. McIntosh is a candidate for the MAI designation. He is a State Certified General Appraiser in the State of Illinois, License Number 153-000856.
